What's the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and again when it is shipped. If you have ordered a digital download product, your download will be made available immediately after purchase within the cart page. It will also be sent via email.
If you created an account during the checkout process, sign in with the same email address and password to check on order updates.
We print all of our orders on demand and do not currently hold any stock. Please allow added time for printing and shipment after order. If you do not receive your item(s) after 14 days, please contact us.
What if I need to change my order?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order and we will do our best to process your request.
What if my order arrived damaged?
If you have any problems whatsoever with your order, please contact us at email@example.com along with any photos of the damage, and we'll be happy to help.
What if my order did not arrive?
If you ordered a physical item more than 14 days ago and still haven't received it, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll look into it urgently. If you ordered a digital download and were not able to access the download, please email us and we'll be happy to send you another image.

We currently ship in the US to all 50 states and internationally to Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. Shipping times may vary according to your location.

Who are the artists behind The Singing Stork's beautiful watercolor artwork?
We work closely with select children's watercolor artists across the world. Please let us know if you would like to learn more about our artists, we are working on adding more information to our website.
